1. What is your current role at Lonza?
I have the chance to do an internship in the Controlling & Finance department, which gives me a great insight into the working environment. I work in internal accounting, more precisely in project accounting, cost accounting and reporting, and I was also involved in budget planning. It's an interesting profession, and I can learn a lot of new things.
2. Why do you like working at Lonza?
I like the familiar and friendly working environment. People wear casual clothing, and they are all very nice to me. I like the informal culture. Even my boss and I can call each other by first name.
3. What are some perks about working at Lonza ?
Some perks are: a free parking place, a subsidized lunch in the company's
cafeteria, a reduced price on gasoline (Lonza has its own station), and an incentive.
4. What is your motto?
Love alone knows the secret of making gifts to others and getting rich within.
